2024Annual annual electromagnetic wire bidding specifications

1.       Quote: The carrier quote shall include,Loading equipment (wooden, wooden and other protective equipment), insurance, ticket tax, account period。

4.       Offer validity must be guaranteed for at least six months，The period shall not be for any reason，Ask for a price increase，If the carrier wins the bid for the route，Refusing to carry，We can arrange other carriers to carry the goods，The freight incurred shall be borne by the winning carrier，And loss，We reserve the right to penalize the carrier for three times the freight for refusing to carry the goods。

10.   Cargo damage and delay: Considering the particularity of Party A's goods, the carrier agrees with our company and the customer's opinions on the identification and treatment of the products with problems during transportation. If the goods are damaged due to the fault of Party B, the carrier shall be liable for full compensation,If the goods are scrapped, they shall be sold according to the goods,Declare value for compensation,If the goods are scrapped，Damage to the goods shall be compensated according to the total repair cost of Party A (including but not limited to repair cost, labor cost, transportation cost, room and board cost, penalty for delayed delivery, etc.)，Indirect losses caused by the carrier shall also be compensated by the carrier，In addition to the compensation payable，Party A has the right to impose additional penalties on the carrier based on the damage of the goods and the impact of the damage on our company's goodwill。
